We’re all about the outdoors — come ride with us!
Join us for these road cycling group rides from spring through fall.
We roll when it’s over 60°F and the air quality index is under 100.
Monday - 6pm @ Contender
989 East 900 South
This ride is mellow, recovery pace, and social. Generally 20 -30 miles, no big climbs, and the group stays together.
Tuesday Night Emigration - 6pm @ Rotary Glen Park
2850 Emigration Canyon Road (mouth of Emigration)
This is a spicy one! Imagine pushing as hard as you can up to Little Dell overlook. It’s about 8.6 miles of very fast climbing. Hang on if you can but this is a drop ride (the group does not wait).
Wednesday - 9am ABC ride @ fire station #4
11th Avenue and M street
This ride can be easy or tough, you choose your adventure. Some folks want a mellow morning after getting blasted from TNE the previous night, so part of the group may bounce around to coffee shops and take it easy, others will split off and push themselves. Plan on 20 - 30 miles.
Thursday night ABC ride - 6pm @ fire station #4
11th Avenue and M street
20 - 30 miles. This ride is generally split into 2 groups, one that wants to go fast and another riding at a social pace. All are welcome!
Friday - rest DAY
Saturday - Peak State Fit
301 East 1700 South
10am roll out for 25-45 miles. This is a fun ride that does a moderate pace. It isn’t an all out effort but it’s not casual either. The group doesn’t always stay together but does regroup a few times throughout.
Sunday - Holy Water ABC ride!
712 East 100 South.
10am roll out but make sure to have some great coffee, tea, and baked goods before the ride! Plan on about 30 miles and a social pace.
